An independent French law firm consisting of about 130 people with 3 sites in France (Paris, Lyon, Aix-en-Provence), an office in China (Shanghai) and one in Brazil (São Paulo).
The purpose of Aklea's teams is to:
- assist and advise National and Multinational companies, non-profit organisations, local authorities, managers, liberal professionals on a long-term basis
- offer innovating and customised legal, tax and labour law solutions resulting from transversal teamwork
- provide our clients with legal assistance within the framework of their structuring, alliances, International development, setting-up, and helping them to master their risks and to develop the most adapted human resources strategy
- develop International solutions fitted to our clients’ activities
