Akompani SA, founded in 2017, is an independent advisory firm specialising in strategic advisory and business transmission.

We support SME owners throughout the entire company sale process, with a primary focus on transactions involving an enterprise value above CHF 10 million.

Our partners bring extensive experience in leading complex divestments and acquisitions in Switzerland and internationally. This enables akompani to act as a trusted advisor, navigating the strategic, financial, and human dimensions of business transactions.

Our expertise is built on four core pillars: business strategy, corporate finance, business intelligence, and negotiation.

Confidentiality is a cornerstone of our approach. We rely on discreet networking and measured communication, particularly when acting as Lead Advisor, to protect our clients’ interests throughout the transaction lifecycle.

With backgrounds in management and entrepreneurship across multiple industries, our partners bring a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset to every mandate.

Focused. Discreet. Invested.
