Ron Bruns

Ron Bruns is currently the Executive Director / General Manager of the Branded Ophthalmics Division at Akorn Pharmaceuticals, Inc. With over two decades of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, Ron has a proven track record of success in various leadership roles. Prior to their current position, Ron founded Bruns Biopharma where Ron advised CEOs and founders on commercial operations and strategic marketing. Ron also has experience as the Global Head of Proprietary Pharmaceuticals Platform at Hospira and as the Vice President of Sales, Marketing, and Commercial Development at Sirius Laboratories. Ron holds an MBA in Management & Finance from Miami University and a BSc in Nuclear Medicine from the University of Dayton.
