Tracy McHugh

Tracy McHugh currently serves as the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Akouos, a position held since April 2023. Previously, Tracy excelled in various roles at Finch Therapeutics, including Director of Financial Planning and Analysis and Associate Director of FP&A from May 2018 to February 2023. Tracy's experience also includes serving as Vice President of Finance and Operations at RapidMiner, Inc., and holding senior positions at TIBCO Software Inc., Optaros, Applix, and Digimarc ID Systems, showcasing a strong background in financial planning and analysis. Tracy began the career at Eprise as a Contracts Manager and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Northeastern University.
