Ken Boller

Ken Boller is the Interim CFO at Akoustis. Prior to their current position, they served as the Divisional Controller/Corporate Director of Accounting for Ecolab - Swisher Hygiene Corporate Division from May 2012 to April 2017. In this role, they were responsible for ensuring a successful winding down of operations and reporting due to the sale of the division. Ken also led the organization through the refiling/filing of seven 10Q’s, and two 10K’s SEC filings within 5 months which were under SEC and Justice Dept. review prior to their hire.

In addition, Ken developed well defined internal reporting processes and controls, policies and procedures, process improvements, and led the company through the initial implementation of SOX 404 and continued compliance. Ken also integrated over 63 acquisitions into our ERP system, and streamlined the month end close down to only 3 days.

Additional areas of scope for Ken include the hiring and training of personnel, systems implementation/consolidations, business segment acquisitions and disposals, and developing standardization within accounting and throughout the company.

Ken Boller received their Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Rutgers University - Camden. Ken is certified by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as a CPA and is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania.
