Syed Ahmed

Syed Ahmed's work experience begins in 1998 when they joined BCC Inc. as a Senior Programmer. In 1999, they worked as a Consultant in the CRM Practice at CLEAR Technologies. Moving forward, Ahmed worked at Autodesk starting in 2005, where they held multiple roles, including a Senior Systems Analyst, Delivery Manager, and Sr. Engineering Manager. In these roles, Ahmed was responsible for driving innovation, excellence in execution, and customer satisfaction. Syed partnered with global service and sales ops organizations, leveraging AI platforms and automation to improve efficiency and operational savings. In 2017, Ahmed joined Procyon Technostructure as a Director, taking on responsibilities such as strengthening client partnerships, business development, and advocating for innovation. Later that year, they joined HEKMA Inc., where they served as the Chief Business & Product Officer. Lastly, Ahmed is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Akra, starting in 2022.

Syed Ahmed completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Science from the University of Madras between 1992 and 1995. Following this, they pursued a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) in Computer Science at Bharathidasan University from 1995 to 1998.
