AKRAN is the name of an IP Litigation and a Trademark Prosecution firm which were established in 2014 by a group of experienced IP lawyers and trademark attorneys who wanted to break with tradition and develop a firm which is client oriented, practical, competitive and, last but not least, responsive.

AKRAN Intellectual Property assists small and medium sized businesses and important multinational corporations in the protection of exclusive rights in the clothing, fashion, design, new technologies, publishing, entertainment, information technology, chemical, pharmaceutical, food and wine sectors amongst others.
