Chi Chan

Chi Chan has a strong background in transportation engineering, starting as a Transportation Engineer at Vollmer Associates in 1991. Chi then transitioned to STV, Inc. where they worked as a Supervising Engineer until 2002. Following this role, they became a Vice President at AKRF, Inc. in July 2002, where they continue to work.

Chi Chan completed a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering at The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art from 1987 to 1991. Subsequently, from 1992 to 1993, Chi Chan obtained a Master of Science in Transportation Studies from the University of California, Berkeley.
