Issa Foster

Issa Foster is an experienced Proposal Manager with a career spanning over a decade in the engineering and consulting industries. Currently serving as Proposal Manager at AKRF since March 2019, Issa has previously held the same position at Dewberry from October 2018 to February 2019 and at SIMCO Engineering, P.C. from January 2013 to October 2018. Earlier in the career, Issa worked as a Marketing Assistant at Gandhi Engineering, Inc. from May 2007 to January 2013. Issa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Literature from Skidmore College, earned between 1990 and 1994.
