Jeff Reuben

Jeff Reuben is a city planner and writer with two decades of experience, currently serving as a Senior Technical Director at AKRF since 2025. Previously, they worked as a planner at Philip Habib & Associates from 1998 to 2024, where they managed environmental impact statements and collaborated with various stakeholders within New York City's intricate planning landscape. Jeff holds a Bachelor’s degree in History and Political Science from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Master’s in Urban Planning & Policy from the University of Illinois Chicago. An active member of the American Institute of Certified Planners since 2001, they are passionate about creating resilient, inclusive urban environments and skilled in project management, environmental review, and zoning analysis.
