Ray Hinkle

Ray Hinkle is a seasoned environmental professional currently serving as Senior Technical Director at AKRF since December 2020. Prior experience includes leadership roles as co-leader of the AECOM Ecosystem Restoration Center of Excellence and as Principal Ecologist and Vice President for Business Development at URS Corporation, an AECOM Company, from 1997 to 2014. Earlier in the career, Ray Hinkle held the position of Associate at Woodward Clyde Group and worked as a Field Hydrologist for the US Forest Service, where responsibilities included collecting and analyzing surface water hydrology data. Ray Hinkle's educational background includes dual degrees in Forestry and Wildlife Management from Penn State University, earned between 1965 and 1972.
