Samuel Nourieli

Samuel Nourieli is a Senior Planner at AKRF, with a strong background in environmental assessment and planning. Prior experience includes serving as a Project Manager in the Environmental Assessment & Review Division at the NYC Department of City Planning, where responsibilities involved reviewing Environmental Assessment Statements (EAS) and preparing documentation for City Planning Commission hearings. Earlier roles include planning positions at Ferrandino & Associates Inc. and Somerset County Planning Division, along with internships at the NYC Department of City Planning and the New York Public Interest Research Group (NYPIRG). Samuel Nourieli holds a Master’s degree in City and Regional Planning from the Edward J.
