Herbert Ender has held various roles throughout their work experience. Herbert began as an Account Manager and later became a Project Manager at LHS International, where they were responsible for telecom billing and data migration projects. Herbert then joined Sema (Switzerland) as a Director of Systems Integrations, managing departments and overseeing international delivery projects in the telecom sector. Following that, Herbert worked at Atos Origin, where they served as the Country Manager for Switzerland and Austria, CEO for Switzerland, and General Manager of Atos Origin Telecom Schweiz. Herbert was responsible for leading and developing the Swiss organization, managing up to 120 employees, and implementing billing strategies. Currently, Herbert is the CEO of Noser Engineering AG and has previously served as the CEO of Noser Management AG and AKROS AG. Overall, Herbert Ender has extensive experience in leadership positions within the telecommunications industry.
Herbert Ender began their education in 1986 at Fachhochschule Aargau (Windisch), where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Maschinenbau, specializing in mechanical engineering. Herbert completed this program in 1989.
From 1989 to 1990, Ender attended Fachhochschule Basel, focusing on computer science.
In 1997, Ender enrolled at Fachhochschule AKAD, concentrating on economy and international management. Herbert completed their studies in this field in 1999.
In 2002, Ender joined Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts for an Executive Master of Business Administration (MBA) program in general management. Herbert successfully completed this program in 2004.
