Faizan Ali is a Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources management. Currently serving as Assistant Manager Human Resources at AKSA-SDS since January 2021, Faizan leads the end-to-end recruitment process and prioritizes alternative talent sourcing. Previously, Faizan held the position of Sr. HR Executive at Immentia, focusing on standardizing evaluation methods throughout the complete recruitment cycle. Earlier roles include HR Operations and Executive Search Specialist at Islamabad Recruitment Company (IRco), where responsibilities included maintaining HR policies and conducting strategic headhunting. Faizan holds an M.B.A. in Human Resource Management and a BBA in Human Resource Management, both from Bahria University.
