Umer began a career as a Junior HR Executive and later an HR Executive at Techgenix, honing skills in compensation and benefits, employer branding, and administrative responsibilities. Umer’s initial exposure to the HR field was during an internship at State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan, where duties included general administration and business development support. Umer holds a BBA (Hons.) in Human Resource Management from Arid Agriculture University.
