Mark Bartmann

Mark has over 14 years of experience in alternative investments and is responsible for the sourcing, due diligence and evaluation of real estate investments. Mark also works with the Portfolio Advisory team on portfolio strategy and construction.

Prior to Aksia’s acquisition of Alignium LLC, Mark was a co-founder and Managing Principal of the firm. Before that, Mark was a Consultant and Principal at RVK, Inc. where he worked with institutional investors to develop their real estate investment portfolios. Mark started his career at Ridge Property Trust, as an industrial real estate developer and operator.

Mark graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a BBA in Real Estate and Finance.
