Jen Silbert

Jen Silbert is an experienced professional currently serving as an AKT Trainer at AKT Franchise since June 2022. Prior to this role, Jen contributed as a Volunteer and Executive Leadership Committee Member for the March of Dimes New Jersey event from April 2022 to April 2024. Jen has extensive experience in talent acquisition, having held various positions including Manager, Senior Associate, and Recruiting Manager at BAYADA Home Health Care from January 2016 to August 2021, and a Recruiter at Insight Global from August to November 2014. Earlier, Jen worked as an Executive Assistant and Project Coordinator at Spencer Stuart from January 2015 to January 2016 and held roles in client services and as an Associate at BAYADA Home Health Care from September 2011 to January 2014. Jen holds a Master’s degree in Secondary English Education and a Bachelor’s degree in English from Lehigh University.
