John Aneziris is a seasoned Track System Specialist with extensive experience in railway and metro construction engineering, particularly in tunnelling and trackwork coordination. They served as a Trackwork Manager for the Elliniko Metro Extension with J/V AKTOR-VINCI-SIEMENS from 2007 to 2011, and later managed trackwork for Athens Metro Extensions from 2012 to 2013. Prior to these roles, Aneziris was involved in civil work for the Olympic Athens Metro and contributed as Chief Surveyor for extensions of Athens Metro Lines 2 and 3. Currently, they are the Chief Trackwork Engineer and Trackwork Manager at Thessaloniki Metro, having been with AKTOR SA since 2014. Aneziris holds a degree in Rural and Surveying Engineering from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
