Tom Gaston

Tom Gaston is a retired professional with extensive experience in the radiology field, having earned the AHRA Certified Radiology Administrator (CRA) status in 2006. They served as Senior Director of Operations for the Radiology Division at Alliance HealthCare Services from 2012 to 2018, leading significant growth and operational success across multiple acquisitions. Tom's earlier roles included Director of Operations for Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky, where they facilitated creative partnerships and achieved notable financial growth. They also held key positions at Medical Consultants Imaging Company and provided leadership in various capacities at Alliance, culminating in their role as Vice President at Akumin before retirement in 2025. Tom obtained a degree in Sciences of Radiology from The University of Akron, completing their studies in 1988.
