SHIVAM GUPTA

Shivam Gupta is a legal professional with extensive experience in both litigation and corporate law. Beginning as an intern at various prestigious chambers, including those of R.S. Goswami and Rakesh Munjal, Shivam progressed to a legal associate role at the Chambers of Anupam S Sharma, managing criminal and civil litigation matters. Subsequently, Shivam served as a Senior Associate at Mukesh Gupta & Associates, where responsibilities included drafting, filing, and arguing cases independently before the Delhi High Court and other tribunals. Most recently, Shivam has worked as a Senior Legal Counsel at Prime Juris, focusing on legal services for corporate clients and high-net-worth individuals. Currently, Shivam is the Assistant Manager Legal at Akums Drugs & Pharmaceuticals Ltd. Shivam holds a B.A. LLB (H) from Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies and an LLM from Kurukshetra University.
