iSTEP-N: Long-Acting Naltrexone for OUD Our lead therapeutic candidate, iSTEP-N, is a revolutionary naltrexone implant designed for the treatment of Opioid Use Disorder (OUD). Unlike existing daily or monthly options, iSTEP-N provides sustained, multi-month medication release to prevent relapse and support long-term recovery. We are currently advancing toward our Phase 1b clinical study, scheduled to commence in March/April 2026.
