Ming Hao

Ming Hao, PhD MBB, currently serves as the CI Lead in the Integrated Supply Chain EMEA at AkzoNobel, having commenced this role in June 2022. Previously, Ming Hao held various leadership positions at Imperial Brands PLC, including Head of Lean and Agile Development and Global Operations Excellence Senior Manager, where significant contributions were made to Lean Transformation and Agile Development initiatives. At Rio Tinto, Ming Hao directed a Business Improvement program across multiple sites, designing a comprehensive improvement framework, and played key roles in Lean and Six Sigma deployment. Early career experiences at Alcan involved leading process improvement projects and technical coordination in strategic ventures, along with research roles that received industry recognition. Ming Hao holds a PhD in Engineering from Birmingham City University, complemented by a Master's and Bachelor's in engineering disciplines from Shenyang University of Technology.
