Pascal Ramon has extensive experience in retail operations and business development, with a career spanning over two decades. Since February 2012, Pascal Ramon has been with AkzoNobel as Responsible for Integrated Operations and Development of the Independent Network, focusing on the rollout of a new color concept and coordinating various suppliers. Prior to this role, from January 2008 to December 2011, Pascal Ramon managed store development and operations for closed distribution concepts at AkzoNobel. Earlier experience includes leading a ceramic showroom at Cosmetoda and holding leadership positions at Sephora and Decathlon España.
