Tom Thomas

Tom Thomas has 17 years of experience in the OEM and refinishes automotive and aerospace paint sectors, specializing in product development and color development of effect and special effect pigments. They are currently a Lead Chemist at Trespa, where they manage a team focused on color development and training color matchers. Previously, Tom has held positions at BASF Coatings India Ltd, Akzo Nobel Car Refinishes, and AkzoNobel, where they served as a Senior Color Specialist and Global Color Trainer. Tom is pursuing a degree in Paint Technology at the University of Mumbai.
