Al Molo 5 is a boutique hospitality project on Lake Como created for travelers seeking privacy, authenticity and a more personal experience of the lake.

Located in the historic village of Vassena (Oliveto Lario), away from overcrowded tourist areas, we provide a refined yet informal stay combined with direct on-site assistance and fast communication — essential for high-expectation guests.

We work regularly with travel designers, luxury travel agencies, wedding planners and concierge teams who need a reliable local partner able to manage both accommodation and guest experiences.

What we provide
• Boutique accommodations in a restored lakefront property
• Proposal and honeymoon support
• Private boat experiences and curated activities
• Local coordination and last-minute problem solving

Why partners choose us
• Direct contact with ownership
• Quick decision-making and flexibility
• Realistic knowledge of logistics on Lake Como
• Authentic setting, not a staged resort environment

Location: Lake Como – Vassena (Oliveto Lario), Italy
