Al Saud Company, a family firm founded in the late 1970s by Sheikh Saoud Bin Khalid bin Khalid Al Qassimi in the vibrant Emirate of Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (UAE). With a legacy rooted in dedication and vision, we have been instrumental in shaping the landscape of real estate, construction, and investment sectors in the region.

Origins in Real Estate and Construction:
Founded in the 1970s by Sheikh Saoud Bin Khalid bin Khalid Al Qassimi, Al Saud Company initially entered its operations around the real estate and construction sectors. With a focus on the Emirate of Sharjah, we began building a legacy of quality and innovation.

Strategic Diversification Through Investments:
As the business matured, our model underwent significant diversification. The redirection of profits into stock investments marked a pivotal shift. While real estate and construction activities continued in Sharjah, our investment horizon expanded to cover the GCC region.

Sheikh Saoud's Visionary Investment Strategy:
Sheikh Saoud, the driving force behind our success, crafted a specific investment strategy. By diversifying risks across firms, industries, and countries within the GCC region, he ensured stability while seizing opportunities. In an era without today's instant communication technologies, Sheikh Saoud's regional focus allowed him to establish a network with influential investors, providing insights and relationships crucial for strategic decision-making.

Transition to Internationalization:
In the 2000s, under the leadership of Sultan, significant changes unfolded. The firm's income source shifted from construction to stock investments. Recognizing the evolving landscape, Sultan advocated for internationalizing the firm's stock investments beyond the GCC countries. Today, stock investments stand as the primary income source.
