It all began in 1986, in a small underground workshop producing a single line of mortadella for Goodies, a local deli in Beirut/Lebanon. Evolving bit by bit, Al Taghziah became a multi-line meat processing factory producing a wide range of cold cuts, luncheon meat, corned beef, hot dogs, burgers, basterma, pickles, and nuggets.

As a brand proudly made in Lebanon, we became pioneers in the field, introducing halal certified products into the market. Our spirit of patriotism led us to invest in a state-of-the-art manufacturing plant, covering an area of 23,000 sqm in Dibbieh, and has led us to build our own modern, hormone-free turkey farm spanning an area of over 13,000 sqm in Baasir.
