Alaba Shonibare & Co’s long association with real estate began with the establishment of the first private housing estate in Nigeria, Shonibare Estate, by Chief S. O. Shonibare over 60 years ago. Since that time, the Chairman has been dedicated to the development of viable and sustainable communities across the Globe.
