Mark Mitchell

Mark Mitchell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in law enforcement and financial fraud investigation. Currently serving as a Special Agent at the Alabama Securities Commission since March 2015, Mark previously held the position of Corporate Fraud Investigator at Regions Financial Corporation from January 2013 to March 2015. A retired member of the U.S. Army Guard, Mark also spent over two decades with the Montgomery Police Department, where the role of Police Lieutenant was held from May 1992 until January 2013. Mark holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Auburn University at Montgomery.
