Eric Crook

Eric Crook has a diverse background in operations and management, currently serving as Operations Manager and Warehouse Manager at AlaBev since May 2018. Prior to this role, Eric worked as a COP Buyer at Red Diamond Coffee & Tea from August 2016 to September 2017, and as the Resident Director at AVI Foodsystems for a brief period in early 2016. Eric accumulated extensive experience at Birmingham Barons and Parkview Catering, holding the positions of General Manager of Concessions & Catering from April 2004 to October 2015 and Director of Group Sales from October 1998 to April 2004. Eric is a graduate of the University of Oregon Lundquist College of Business, holding a BA in Sports Marketing, and also attended Linfield University from 1992 to 1994.
