Iris Lin

Iris Lin, LCSW, is an experienced child welfare worker currently employed at Alameda County, where responsibilities include assessing and supporting youth in foster care, and conducting field investigations of suspected child abuse and neglect. Previously, Iris served as a psychotherapist at Two Chairs, providing individual counseling in English and Mandarin, and successfully achieved a 100% success rate in client symptom reduction. Iris has also contributed to education as a graduate student instructor at the University of California, Berkeley, and engaged in global development as a fellow in Uganda, among various roles in social work and case management. Iris holds a Master of Social Welfare from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology from the University of California, Davis.
