SAYED ROHULLAH

Sayed Rohullah is a seasoned professional in the fields of case management and public administration, currently serving as a Senior Employment Specialist at Alameda County since August 2025 and as an Enhanced Case Manager at Independent Living Systems, LLC since March 2024. Previously, Sayed held the position of Case Manager at the International Rescue Committee from October 2021 to April 2024, where responsibilities included managing complex cases for refugees and immigrants and conducting investigations into allegations of abuse. Prior experience includes serving as an Audit Coordinator in the Imaging Department at Bank of the West from July 2020 to October 2021, focusing on audit activities and compliance. Sayed holds a Master of Public Administration from Strayer University and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Kabul Polytechnic University, with ongoing studies towards an Associate of Science in Cyber Security and Network Administration at Las Positas College.
