Phil Nangle

Phil Nangle has extensive experience in operations management and continuous improvement. Phil is currently serving as the Vice President of US Operations at Alamo Group Inc. Prior to this, they were the President of HP Fairfield- an Alamo Group Company, where they oversaw branch operations, parts management, customer service, and service activities. Phil also worked as the Enterprise Excellence Manager at Lake Region Medical, an Integer company, where they led the training and implementation of Lean Enterprise principles. Phil served as the Operations Manager at Symmetry Medical, where they implemented Lean systems and developed leadership. Phil has also worked as a Continuous Improvement Leader at Watts Water Technologies and as a Business Group Leader at Freudenberg-NOK, managing a production-focused business cell.

Phil Nangle attended Dracut High School from 1986 to 1990. Phil then pursued higher education at Plymouth State University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Science.
