Hamdan is an experienced professional in operational management and engineering, currently serving as the Operation Tank Terminal Senior Supervisor at PT Adaro Energy Indonesia Tbk since May 2024. Previously, Hamdan worked at Elnusa Petrofin in various roles, focusing on quality and quantity improvement systems and fuel tank management across multiple sites in Kalimantan. Notable experiences include leading oil spill cleanup projects with the Oil Spill Combat Team and providing editorial support at PT Penerbit Erlangga. Hamdan also gained academic experience as an Assistant Professor at the Thermodynamic Laboratory of Andalas University and completed an internship at PT Mitsubishi Krama Yudha Motors & Manufacturing. Hamdan holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Universitas Andalas, acquired between 2013 and 2018.
