James B. Flaherty

James B. Flaherty has extensive experience in claims management and litigation, currently serving as the Director of Claims and Litigation Management at Alan Gray LLC since May 2019. Prior roles include Director of Multi-National Claims at Chubb Group of Insurance Companies, Claims Manager at CVS Health, and Director of Claims Management at both UMass Memorial Health Care Inc. and Baystate Health, Inc. Additionally, James held positions at Lexington Insurance Co. as Claim Supervisor and at St. Paul Fire & Marine Insurance Co. as Claim Representative. James earned a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies from UMass Boston from 1979 to 1983.
