Jonathan Gordon, CPCU, ARe, AIC, ASLI, is currently the Director of Reinsurance Services at Alan Gray - A Premia Reinsurance Company. With over 15 years of experience in reinsurance, they previously served as the Director of Global Reinsurance Operations at AIG, where they managed a team responsible for all Excess of Loss and Facultative Collection functions. They also held positions as Reinsurance Collections Manager and Assumed Reinsurance Claims Manager at AIG and Lexington Insurance Company, respectively. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from UMass Boston, earned between 1981 and 1986.
