Estelle T. currently serves as a User Care Expert at Alan since November 2021, contributing to personal health care solutions that integrate technology and humanity. Previously, Estelle held multiple roles at IMC Alternance, Groupe Randstad from March 2017 to November 2021, including Process Manager/Réponsable Qualité, where responsibilities included creating and overseeing the quality department, improving internal processes, and achieving certification for the establishment under the Qualiopi standard. Prior to this, Estelle worked in various communication roles at Silencio Paris, including Chargée de communication and Assistante de communication, as well as in press-related positions at Réunion des Musées Nationaux - Grand Palais and Hermès. Estelle holds a Master 2 in Management Culturel et Artistique from OMNES Education and a Master 1 in Communication from EFAP - Ecole Française des Attachés de Presse.
