Lucie P. has extensive experience in workplace leadership and cultural management, currently serving as Workplace Lead at Alan since October 2019, where the focus is on member-centric healthcare. In January 2024, Lucie P. took on the role of Talent Ops at BOM - Because Occupants Matter while co-founding the organization. Previously, from March 2017 to September 2019, Lucie P. managed two administrative services at SPEDIDAM, overseeing significant cultural funding and project developments. Additionally, Lucie P. held various administrative roles within cultural institutions such as Chœur et Orchestre Sorbonne Universités and Ensemble Nouvelles Portées, showcasing expertise in financial management, partnerships, and logistical coordination.
