Maximilian Quick is an experienced sales leader with a successful track record in driving growth and managing teams across multiple markets. Currently serving as Sales Crew Lead and BDR Vertical Lead at Alan since March 2022, Maximilian oversees the SMB segment in Belgium, leading a team of Account Executives and Business Development Representatives while actively recruiting top talent. Prior to Alan, Maximilian held various roles at Sortlist from 2016 to 2022, including Territory Head of New Business for Germany and the United Kingdom, where the focus was on scaling operations and achieving sales targets.
