Odile Kusnik

Odile Kusnik is an accomplished professional in the insurance and health sector with extensive experience in leadership and actuarial roles. Currently, as the Head of Insurance Canada at Alan since September 2020, Odile leads the insurance licensing process and is instrumental in shaping strategy, product roadmaps, and operational excellence. Prior experience includes serving as Head of Operational Processes and Risks Department at AG2R LA MONDIALE, where Odile managed teams focused on underwriting and operational processes, and Head of Actuarial Department, overseeing various actuarial teams while managing a €2 billion portfolio. Earlier roles at CEMKA and CNAM involved key statistical and epidemiological studies, contributing to health data analysis and economic studies. Odile holds a Master’s degree in Statistics from Institut de Statistique de l'Université de Paris and furthered education with a degree in Data Science from the Institut des Actuaires.
