Simon P.

Simon P. is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations and customer service management. Currently serving as an Operations Builder at Alan since July 2019, Simon focuses on simplifying health-related services. Prior experience includes several roles at Richemont from July 2011 to July 2019, culminating in the position of APAC Head of Service Operations, along with customer service management roles in both APAC and the UK. Earlier career experience includes an internship in the Supply Chain Department at Faiveley Transport, where Simon contributed to optimizing transport flows and improving warehouse management, as well as a scientific internship at Sofia University focused on water treatment research. Simon holds a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Génie Industriel from École nationale des ponts et chaussées and a Master's degree in Technology Management from UNSW.
