Mike Byron

Mike Byron is an experienced professional in project and change management, currently serving as the Portfolio Migration and Change Lead at Alantra since November 2022. Previously, Mike held the position of Director of Change Management at Pepper Financial Services Group from August 2013 to November 2022, where responsibilities included establishing and managing the PMO for the Irish business and being a member of the Executive Committee. Earlier roles include Head of Business Delivery at Irish Bank Resolution Corporation Limited, overseeing significant business and IT change programs, and Integration Project Manager at Meteor Mobile Communications, managing a major billing system integration program. Mike co-founded Altamedius/Qpass Inc., serving as Customer Services Director, and worked as a Business Solutions Manager at Misys. Mike's educational qualifications include multiple certifications from the Project Management Institute and a degree in Financial Information Systems from Trinity College Dublin.
