Maxwell Wayne is an experienced software engineer currently serving as Software Engineer II on the Home Automation Experience team at Alarm.com, where the focus is on developing customer-facing features for the iOS mobile application. Previously, Maxwell worked as an iOS engineer on the emPower team to enhance user interfaces for smart home automation. In addition to technology, Maxwell is an athlete, playing as a defender for both the Cannons in the Premier Lacrosse League and in the National Lacrosse League. Maxwell's academic background includes a Master of Science in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering, both from Christopher Newport University, where there was also experience as a graduate assistant instructing programming and physics labs. Additionally, Maxwell completed two internships at ADP focusing on Global Product and Technology.
