Parimal Kumar

Parimal Kumar has extensive work experience in the field of internal audit and finance. Parimal started their career as a Staff Accountant at Price Waterhouse in 1993. Parimal then worked as an Internal Auditor at The George Washington University from 1995 to 1998. Parimal joined Sprint Nextel in 1998 and held various roles, including Senior Internal Auditor and Sr. Operational Audit Manager, until 2005. In 2006, they became the Director of Product Management at Approva. Parimal joined Primus Telecommunications Group, Inc. in 2007 and served as the Internal Audit Director and later as the Senior Director of Finance until 2012. Parimal then worked as a Compliance Examiner Director at Freddie Mac from 2012 to 2014. From 2014 to 2017, Parimal was the Senior Director of Internal Audit at BroadSoft, Inc. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Internal Audit at Alarm.com, starting in 2020.

Parimal Kumar obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Penn State University between 1989 and 1993.
