Stephen Nodder

Stephen Nodder is a Quality Engineering Manager at Alarm.com since January 2016, leading the Operations Support Team responsible for Release Management, QE Automation, and onboarding. With a strong background in quality engineering, Stephen has progressed through various roles, including Lead Quality Engineer and Senior Quality Engineer, where responsibilities shifted from technical challenges to process and people management. Prior to Alarm.com, Stephen completed a Master's program at Dartmouth College, focusing on the mechanical properties of ice, and held research roles at both Dartmouth and Colby College in organic chemistry. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Materials Science/Mechanical from Dartmouth College and a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry and Physics from Colby College.
