양승화

승화 양 is currently the Data Lead at Delightroom, focusing on solving service and product challenges through data analysis, dashboard management, hypothesis testing, and growth experiments. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Growth at MyRealTrip, where they managed key service metrics and data analysis from 2018 to 2023. 승화 also held managerial roles at SK Telecom, where they planned communication services, and at IUM SOCIUS, Inc., where they oversaw service planning and operation. They earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Ajou University and a Master’s degree in Cognitive Science/HCI from Yonsei University.
