Yeon Yoon

Yeon Yoon is an accomplished M&A lawyer currently serving as the Executive Director of Corporate Law and M&A at Alat. They previously held the position of Counsel at Clifford Chance from 2019 to 2024, after working as an Associate at the firm from 2009 to 2019. Yeon began their legal career as a Law Clerk at the U.S. Tax Court and later contributed as a Research Assistant for the Georgetown Law Journal. Yeon earned a B.S. in Government from Harvard University and a JD from Georgetown University Law Center.
