Liz Laber

Liz Laber is a Strategic People Partner and organizational systems thinker with a background in human resources, event management, and education. They served as a Director for Major Events at the University of Redlands, where they coordinated large-scale concerts and managed budgets to achieve significant profits. Liz has held various HR roles, including HR Generalist at SOASTA, Inc. and Senior People and Culture Business Partner at Ampere, contributing to employee engagement and compliance initiatives. Currently, they work as a Senior HR Business Partner at Alation, where they apply their extensive experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational development. Liz earned a B.A. in Communicative Disorders and Spanish from the University of Redlands.
