Our journey began in 2024 from a place that is very close to us – Lake Alaušų, located in the west of the Molėtai district. We wanted to give meaning to this place dear to our hearts.

When we are constantly rushing and living on "autopilot", we lose connection with ourselves. In the long run, this can manifest as fatigue, irritability, or even burnout. It is important to feel the signals your body sends and make time for yourself. The essence is not the nature of the activity, but the inner state: "I am here for myself now". Sometimes it is enough to start with small steps. A few minutes in the morning or in the evening - rituals that eventually make a big difference. We founded ALAUSHU® so that you can discover rituals that create time for yourself.

Our motto – "Healthy Life Routines" – reflects our goal to offer more than just products. The ALAUSHU® range includes food supplements, functional patches, and wellness rituals. We are constantly seeking out innovations and products to promote well-being both from within and from the outside.
