Sunday mornings in 1963 in Naples, Italy, Mrs. Alba hosted families in her rural home, delighting them with her home-cooked meals. Back then, she was aiming to provide commensal happiness and satisfaction for the people around her; that’s when she started “Alba Banqueting.”

For the last 50 years, this organization had been formed and built in a rigorous and contemporary way. With certainty, one can claim her success was attributed to hard work and including generations. Family was the staple that fostered Alba’s foundation in the food service.

The basic concept is to offer a progressive cuisine, with the values of fresh basic products and partnership with world-renowned chefs.

Alba Catering never forgot where it came from, and for 50 years, it supplied and gratified its customers with opulence and top-quality products.
Over time, Alba established trustworthy relationships with international clients such as: Louis Vuitton, Hermes, Prada, Gucci, Fendi, Salvatore Ferragamo, Giorgio Armani, Bulgari, Mont Blanc, Damiani, Pinko, H&M, BMW, and European Union Council.
